Why do I need a drain camera?

The drain camera is a marketing tool for your business and will find work for the jetter/eel and excavator, and the jetter and eel will also find work for the camera.

Bottom line is the drain camera is there to make you money!

How do I know which camera to choose?

We can help you choose the right camera that best suites you and your business. There are many ways to contact us but a phone call is always best to figure out your needs and what type of work you do.

We also do demos here in Canberra. We play around with different cameras and locators. Do allow at least 2-3 hours if you wish to view a demo.

Things to consider when choosing a camera:

Length of the pushrod and size of the camera head

What options do I need

What are the advantages of your cameras?

Price - Our cameras sell for one third the cost of the big brand name cameras. You can always bill-out our cameras cost for the same price as a big brand name.
Quality - We have been field testing our cameras for the last 4 years and found that these are the best cameras that make you money - not cost you money.
Service - We carry a full range of spare parts for all the cameras we supply and we also have many years experience using and marketing drain cameras that we can advise the right choice for you. We have our service refined and we also have a lot of remote customers.
Repairs - We don’t send you off to a third-party repairer if there is ever any problems with your camera, we will repair it for a quick turn around time. Our cameras 'bolt on/plug in' modular design means we don’t fix parts, we replace them. This reduces cost and down-time.

How do I buy one of your cameras?

So you’ve decided to pull the trigger and buy one of our cameras? The process is the following:

Contact us via email or phone during business hours and let us know what camera and options you need.
We will send you a proforma invoice with the camera specifics and our bank account details for payment via EFT. The proforma invoice is for your protection that states in detail exactly what you will pay and exactly what you will receive.
Let us know as soon as you have paid the invoice and the exact delivery address, and your camera will arrive in a few days ready to use.

Do your cameras come with warrantee?

Yes, our cameras come with a full 12 month warrantee

What happens if I have problems with my camera?

All drain cleaning equipment leads a hard life and breakdowns can happen. First thing to do is to contact us for an over the phone assesmnent as you might be able to repair the camera yourself. If not, we'll get you to send the camera back to us for a speedy repair.

We use TNT Couriers but you can use any quality carrier of your choice.

How do I look after my camera?

Keep the monitor box dry. If any water gets into the monitor box it needs to be dried out straight away or the water will evaporate into the electronics
Wash your camera with hot soapy water regularly
Keep the pushrod clean. The pushrod will have less friction and push down further the cleaner it is (try using ArmourAll)
You can use the camera in the drain with the jetter, but the camera head and the jetter head should never come into contact. They should be separated at least 750mm. No camera head will stand up to 4000psi

Will my Locator work with your camera?

Yes, any Locator that will receive 512hz will locate our camera heads. We also sell aftermarket 33khz adaptors.
